ImagingStamperFolder(c) - Aug 15 2012
------------------=------------------

----------------------------------------
NOTE: There is only the ARM runtime set
for this DLL since the image load function
is only supported in WM2003+
----------------------------------------

NOTE2: The program creates a set of new
temp bmp files in the '\ImagingPicturer' folder.

The program 'tries' to delete the images
when you exit the program but some times
a few are still there.

When you re-start the program (exit and restart)
the program then 'tries' again to delete
the files.

This is a problem associated with the WindowsCE
image services 'locking' images with the DLL.
If you have this program then re-start the
program after you exit and it will delete the temp
bmps.

=========================================
NOTE: This DLL uses the internal WindowsCE
image processing. Its very robust and supports
JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images but the
image results will vary depending on
the OEMs implementation.

Also before you use these apps close as many
applications as possible before using them
since the program RAM load is high and needs
lots of RAM when processing large image files.
